The coach is Max Nevalainen, a trained personal trainer (Trainer4You).

Briefly about pt coaching.
The coaching package includes: a customized training program, recipes, progress monitoring and, if necessary, guidance in the gym. Everything basically works remotely.
The training program appears in the Sportyplanner application. Download the app but register only after you have received the link from the coach, it will be sent to you as an email.
You should use a FitBit clock or similar as a tracking device. Counts most of the activity but foods should be fed manually.
Reporting is easy, share the fitbit app / take a screenshot every day:
1. Calorie consumption
2. About the food you eat
3. The amount of sleep
4. Resting heart rate
5. Morning weight
In return, you will receive a report from the coach every week.
Training entries are made in the sportyplanner application.
